48 departments have been affected by this Act
Here is a list of areas where the law will come into force from November 1, 2021: Ain, Allier, Alps-de-Hot-Provence, Hots-Alps, Alps-Maritimes, Ortaz, L’Ariage, Ad, Avron, Condall, Chorus, Code-d’Or , Cruise, Dope, Trom, Kart, Hot-Crown, Herald, Isare, Jura, Lower, Hot-Lower, Lot, Loser, Merde-et-Moselle, Moselle, Nivre, Buy-de-Dome, Pyrenees-Atlantics, -Pyrenees, Pyrenees-Oriental, Bass-Rin, Hot-Rin, Ron, Hot-Sine, San-Ed-Lower, Savoy, Hot-Savoy, Dorn, Torn-Er-Car, Vaucluse, Haute-Vienne, Vosges, Yonne , Territoire de Belfort, Corse-du-Sud and Haute-Corse.
In these areas, priorities should determine the list of municipalities subject to this obligation.
