Terror at Chippewa Falls: 10-year-old girl killed, then raped by 14-year-old boy

Lily Peters, a 10-year-old girl, was raped and killed by a 14-year-old boy in Wisconsin, USA.

The facts are as of last Sunday. Lily was last seen by family members. She goes home from her aunt’s house when she disappears. That night Lily’s father called police and officers found his bicycle in a wooded area near a sidewalk. This is where his lifeless body was found.

Preliminary autopsy results from the Chippewa District Medical Examiner indicate that his death was the result of strangulation and blunt force trauma. No other details have been released.

The suspect was identified only as “CP-B”. Is 14 years old. According to the Chippewa Falls Police Chief, he lives with his mother and knew Lily Peters.

He faces 3 counts: first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sexual abuse of a child under 13, resulting in severe physical abuse, District Attorney Wade explained.

The accused – who was arrested on Tuesday – told law enforcement “From the beginning, his aim was to rape and kill the victim.” As they walked down the wooden path where his body was found Monday, the prosecutor said at an inquest. The prosecutor explained that the victim hit the victim in the abdomen, threw him to the ground and the accused told police. “She was strangled, beaten with a stick and then strangled, before being sexually assaulted.”

The $ 1 million cash bond was set by the judge on the condition that he protect the community and ensure that the accused did not go into hiding and that he had no contact with other minors and had no dangerous weapons.
