LHollywood star Angelina Jolie has joined the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. The ambassador of the High Commission paid a surprise visit to the city of Lviv in western Ukraine on Saturday, where he spoke with displaced people and was found in a cafe.
“For all of us, this visit was a surprise,” Elviv regional governor Maxim Kozitsky wrote in a telegram, posting photos and videos of the actress playing with children and posing with volunteers.
At a hospital, he visited children injured in a bombing outside a Gramadorsk station in the east of the country on April 8, which was blamed on Russia, which killed more than 50 civilians, the governor said.

In plain clothes, a gray sweater and backpack, the actress was spotted in a cafe in Lviv, where she was filmed by Ukrainian Maya Fidoretska, who posted the video on her Facebook account. “I’m taking my coffee and looking at Angelina Jolie in LV, she’s so beautiful,” the internet user comments.
