The civil war in the Donbass has not spared civilians. The President of Ukraine asked them to leave the area. In the south, where a grain magnate has reportedly been targeted by a Russian strike, we are still waiting for the resumption of grain exports by the Black Sea, blocked since the February 24 attack by the Kremlin.

LThe battle for his status in Donetsk Oblast, one of Donbass’ two “oblasts,” has stalled, and will it enter a new phase? However, the Ukrainian president urged the evacuation of the approximately 200,000 civilians still in Ukrainian-controlled territory as soon as possible. It will be a “duty” with promises of help, transport and relocation.
Volodymyr Zelensky justifies this decision by the need to protect his comrades from “Russian terrorism”. Russian bombs continue to fall on civilian installations. The Kremlin accused them of war crimes, aimed at demoralizing the Ukrainian people.
